There is still time to support!

Mahalo to all who have supported YWCA Oahu's 45th Annual LeaderLuncheon! We are so grateful for our sponsors, guests, speakers, donors, and volunteers who helped us reprise our tradition of coming together to support women's leadership in our community. It was a wonderful day to celebrate our honorees and hear the stories of brave women who have overcome adversity and are now thriving in their lives.

All funds raised for LeaderLuncheon support the entire organization of YWCA O'ahu and programs such as Dress for Success Honolulu, Fernhurst, Patsy Mink Center for Business and Leadership, and MBDA Enterprising Women of Color Business Center.

Over the course of LeaderLuncheon history, YWCA O‘ahu has honored women from a diverse cross-section of professional fields and community work. To date, LeaderLuncheon counts 199 local women honorees throughout its 44 years, including the four selected in 2022. This year we welcomed to the stage Ann Teranishi, Cori Lau, Jennifer Nakayama, and Tracy Tonaki. YWCA O'ahu is honored to add these women to our distinguished list of LeaderLuncheon Academy members.
